1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you", "your") and qrpay44 ("qrpay44", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website located at qrpay44.win and all associated mobile-optimised pages (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any service or feature made available on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any product-specific rules published on the Platform, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms take effect on the date you first access the Platform and remain in force for the duration of your use of the Platform and beyond where the context so requires (including following account closure).

2 Eligibility Requirements

You may only open and use a qrpay44 account if you meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. qrpay44 enforces a strict 21+ age policy in compliance with international gaming authority requirements. Providing false date-of-birth information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited under applicable local law. You bear sole responsibility for determining the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction of residence.
3. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of qrpay44 or any of its affiliated companies, game studios, or technology providers.
4. You have not previously been self-excluded from the qrpay44 platform or been subject to an account closure for breach of these Terms.
5. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party.

3 Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration

To use the qrpay44 Platform, you must register a member account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, Malaysian mobile number, and a secure password of your choosing. All information submitted must be truthful. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles qrpay44 to immediately suspend or close your account.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual person may register and maintain only one active account on the qrpay44 Platform at any given time. The existence of multiple accounts held by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited. If qrpay44 identifies duplicate accounts, all duplicate accounts will be closed, any bonuses applied to duplicate accounts will be voided, and any winnings generated through a duplicate account may be forfeited at qrpay44's sole discretion. Deposits held in duplicate accounts will be returned net of any bonus amounts received.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

qrpay44 is required to perform Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as a condition of its international gaming authority licence. You may be requested to provide copies of government-issued identification (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method at any stage of your membership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension of your account and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. qrpay44 will never contact you to request your password under any circumstances. You must notify qrpay44 immediately via the support channel if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. qrpay44 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Deposits

All deposits to your qrpay44 wallet must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (funds originating from a payment instrument not belonging to the registered account holder) are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds to the source payment method. Accepted deposit methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank (FPX), CIMB (FPX), Public Bank (FPX), Hong Leong Bank (FPX), and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. qrpay44 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests exceeding RM 10,000 in a single transaction or RM 50,000 in aggregate within any 30-day period. Processing times are as published on the Platform and are subject to the operating hours of the relevant financial institution. qrpay44 applies no internal fees on standard withdrawals.

4.3 Currency

The qrpay44 Platform operates exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All wallet balances, wager amounts, winnings, and bonus values are denominated in MYR. Any currency conversion costs associated with funding a deposit from a non-MYR source are the sole responsibility of the Member.

4.4 Dormant Account Fees

Accounts that hold a positive balance and remain inactive (no login, deposit, or wagering activity) for a continuous period of 12 months are classified as dormant. A monthly dormancy fee of RM 50 (or the remaining balance if lower) will be deducted from the dormant account balance each calendar month until the account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero. Members are notified by email prior to the commencement of dormancy fee deduction.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

All promotions and bonuses offered by qrpay44 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the point of offer, which supplement and form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are not withdrawable until the associated wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated in the specific offer) must be wagered before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable as real money.
• Only wagers placed with real-money funds (not bonus funds) count toward the clearing of any promotional wagering requirement, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• qrpay44 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Promotional offers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to bonus harvesting, arbitrage betting using promotional funds, collusion, or the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

6 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All wagers placed on the qrpay44 Platform are subject to the product-specific rules applicable to the relevant game or market (casino game rules, sportsbook betting rules, or live dealer table rules as applicable). These rules are accessible from within the relevant product section of the Platform.

• Once confirmed by the Platform, a wager is final and cannot be modified or cancelled by the Member, except where a Cash-Out option is explicitly made available and exercised prior to event settlement.
• qrpay44 reserves the right to void any wager in the event of a technical malfunction, manifest error in odds or game outcome, fraud, or any other circumstance that renders a wager outcome unreliable or materially irregular. In such cases, the wager stake will be returned to the Member's wallet.
• Where a wager is placed on a sporting event that is subsequently postponed or cancelled, the wager will be voided and the stake returned unless the sport-specific betting rules specify an alternative settlement procedure.
• Maximum bet limits apply across all products and markets. Attempting to circumvent bet limits through multiple accounts or coordinated wagering is prohibited.

7 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct on or in connection with the qrpay44 Platform:

1. Registering more than one account, or assisting any other person to register accounts in excess of the one-account-per-person policy.
2. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, including to place bets, spin slots, or interact with live dealer games.
3. Engaging in any form of match-fixing, sports manipulation, or collusion with any player, dealer, or third party to influence the outcome of any game or market offered on the Platform.
4. Engaging in any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime using the qrpay44 Platform or its payment infrastructure.
5. Exploiting any software bug, game error, or platform vulnerability for financial gain. Discovery of any vulnerability must be reported to qrpay44 support immediately.
6. Charging back, disputing, or reversing any deposit made to qrpay44 via your payment provider without first raising the matter with qrpay44 support and allowing a reasonable time for resolution.
7. Harassing, abusing, or threatening qrpay44 staff or other members through any communication channel available on the Platform.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

8 Responsible Gaming

qrpay44 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Members from within the Account Settings section of the Platform:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may set automated reminders at 30, 60, or 90-minute intervals to prompt reassessment of continued play.
• Reality Check: A configurable feature displaying net session profit/loss at set intervals during active gaming sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request temporary (1 week, 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request. Permanent exclusions cannot be reversed.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the qrpay44 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, brand names, text, video content, and the overall layout and design of the Platform — is the property of qrpay44 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, transmit, or exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of qrpay44.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qrpay44 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including loss of winnings resulting from technical malfunction, force majeure, or third-party service failure.

qrpay44's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your qrpay44 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

qrpay44 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or that defects will be corrected, although qrpay44 will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability and address material technical issues promptly.

11 Privacy & Personal Data

qrpay44 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. qrpay44 complies with applicable data protection legislation in the jurisdictions in which it operates.

qrpay44 may be required to share your personal data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, financial intelligence units, or other governmental bodies in accordance with its legal obligations under its gaming licence and applicable anti-money laundering legislation.

12 Amendments to These Terms

qrpay44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to Members via the email address registered to their account and/or via a notice displayed prominently on the Platform at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting qrpay44 support. Any pending withdrawals at the time of account closure will be processed in the normal course.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which qrpay44 holds its international gaming authority licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through the qrpay44 customer support channel shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent interlocutory or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights pending resolution of a dispute through arbitration.
